At Mary Queen Trade, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our return policy carefully.

Time Frame for Returns

Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of your purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are exempt from our return policy, including:

 Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

Receipt or Proof of Purchase

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we may grant partial refunds if:

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records have been opened.

  • The return is made more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Regular priced items are eligible for refunds, but sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [Maryqueentrade@gmail.com] for further instructions.

Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.

Shipping Costs

When returning a product, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
